Terms for Courses/Workshops for the Public Course Tuition
Tuition for DSPP LLC public courses/workshops are payable
fourteen business days prior to the start date of the course/workshop.
Transfer/Cancellation and Refund Policy
A person registered for a course/workshop for the public may transfer to
a future session, send someone in their place or cancel without penalty up
to two week prior to the session start date. If you provide less than a two
week notice or fail to attend, DSPP LLC will retain the fee.
We appreciate that a course/workshop is an important investment
for you and for DSPP LLC and would like to accommodate your needs

Quality Assurance
DSPP LLC makes every effort to ensure our customers are receiving the highest
quality workshops and courses. If a client sends us a written notice of dissatisfaction
with a course within 15 days of the last course day of the course taken, the client will
have the option of retaking the course at no additional charge, or exchanging the course
tuition for another course of equal value.
Terms for Courses/Workshops for Onsite
Tuition for DSPP LLC onsite courses/workshops are 50% payable fourteen business days
prior to the start date of the course/workshop. The remainder of tuition is due in fifteen days.
Any onsite course/workshops cancelled or rescheduled by our client less than fourteen business days
prior to the start date of the course/workshop is subject to
forfeiture of the downpayment or $3000 whichever is greater.
Course Postponements
DSPP LLC will make every effort to retain a course/workshop location and date. In the event that
DSPP LLC has to change a course/workshop location/date or postpone a course, we will make every effort
to give the customer as much advance notice as possible. If the customer is unable to attend a
course/workshop at the changed location or date, or an offered alternative, we will offer the customer
the choice to credit the prepaid tuition, exchange the tuition for another course of equal value,
or request a refund. DSPP LLC will not be held liable for travel
charges or consequential damages even upon advisement to DSPP LLC.
Copyright/Intellectual Property
All copyrights, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course
materials provided or made available in connection with our courses remain the sole property of DSPP LLC.
No part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any
form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise,
or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of DSPP LLC.
These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement
between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations.
Our brochures and advertisements are for information purposes only and are not intended to
form any agreement between DSPP LLC and the recipient. These terms and conditions are subject
to change without notice, and changes will apply to any enrollment/course order received after
the date of the change. These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written
agreement signed by an officer of DSPP LLC. DSPP LLC’s acceptance of a purchase order
containing different terms and conditions does not modify or supersede these terms and conditions.
This agreement will be governed by New York and Connecticut law, without regard to any conflicts of law.
